Contending in the 30th European Film Awards are Romanian and Bulgarian-included film creations. The champs of which will be declared in December in Berlin.
Four movies with Bulgarian and Romanian cooperation have been shortlisted in four distinct classes for the renowned European Film Awards.
"King of the Belgians", a co-generation of Belgium, the Netherlands and Bulgaria, is contending in the European Comedy class, while the Bulgarian-Danish-French Drama "Godless", has been chosen as one of five movies being exhibited in the European Discovery classification.
The other two – "The Good Postman" by Bulgarian-Finnish chief Tonislav Hristov and "Written/Unwritten" by Romanian executive Adrian Silisteanu – have been chosen for the Documentary and Short Film classes separately.
The contenders for the European Film Academy's 2017 honors were declared at the Seville European Film Festival recently and will be voted on by more than 3,000 individuals from the European Film Academy before the honors function on December 9 in Berlin.
Other prominent, driving passages incorporate Hungarian sentimental dramatization "On Body and Soul", by director Ildikó Enyedi, Ruben Ostlund's "The Square" (a joint creation from Sweden, Germany, France and Denmark), and in addition, acclaimed Russian director Andrey Zvyagintsev's "Loveless", which are altogether shortlisted for different classes.
