Former general manager of Grand Casino Belgrade and company MVI Investments in Serbia Christos Tsemberas was appointed as the new director of hotel Maestral in Przno.

According to CdM's sources a new board of directors of Maestral will be formed, and one of the members will also be Predrag Drecun, who was earlier speculated to become the director of this hotel resort.
Montenegrin resort Maestral in Przno is officially owned by company Monte Rock from Podgorica since July of this year, whose founder and director is businessman Petros Stathis. Maestral was sold to Stathis for almost 30 million euros.
Christos Tsemberas is a well known name in the world of tourism and hospitality. His career is more than 30 years long during which he worked on various positions in hospitality and tourism. He comes from a family of hotel owners and he was hired on executive positions in tourism industry in Greece, France, Egypt and Serbia.
Among other positions in his work history, he worked in a chain of restaurants in France and Egypt, as a director of the hotel and business operations in Greece and as a director of Swiss hotel school.
For many years now he has worked as a general director of the company Grand Casino Belgrade. He worked intensively for many years on preparation and execution of various seminars and trainings, participated in development of academic programs for hospitality industry and he's a certified instructor of an educational institute within American association of hotels AHLA.
He studied at universities such as Ecole Hoteliere in Strasbourg, Creteil University in Paris and Cornell University in USA.
He speaks English, French, Italian and Greek language. He is a member of Athens Association of directors of hotels, international hotels organization HCIMA and a member of the board of international gastronomic society Chaine Des Rotisseurs, Greece. He was recently re-elected as a vice president of the Hellenic economic association in Serbia.
