Petros Stathis, is a successful Greek businessman with many achievements in the business world which are expanding especially in Montenegro where he lives the last years. He is also co-owner of the famous Stefan and Vila “Miločer”.
The hotel complex Sveti Stefan and Vila "Miločer" had a very successful year when it comes to visits this year. Even the most expensive apartments in Sveti Stefan, which can cost up to 4.000 euros the high season were fully booked. Kevin Brooke, general manager of Aman Sveti Stefan, said to Pobjeda that they are very satisfied from the booking, which overcome their expectations and of course it had the accompanied financial results.
“It was a very good year for the business, especially between July and August and as the weather was excellent this year, the visitors were many even until October. The financial profits were exceeded so it was a very successful season for the hotel” as Brooke said. The hotel closed in October first, but tourists can still visit Vila "Miločer" for the winter season. Brooke hopes that the island will next year open a month earlier, on April 1st. The complex includes 50 rooms on the island and eight rooms in Vila "Miločer” which belong to nine different categories according to their size and view. It also includes a spa center, six restaurants and three beaches.
The island is open for visit two times a day, but is limited to 10 people due to constant hotel occupancy. Also dinner can be booked on the island but only with reservation first. The 90% of Sveti Stefan’s workers are from Montenegro, as this is one of company’s first priority.
